A simple solution to create a higher top tube on Step Through, Cruiser, eBike or smaller bikes to allow use of Swagman platform hitch mount racks. It creates a higher top tube for your bike by attaching below the stem and seat post of your bikes. This will allow the ratcheting arms of your rack to hold step through and heavier weight bikes securely by grabbing onto the adapter.

FITS: Cruiser, eBikes and Step Through bikes requiring a higher top tube for use on Platform Hitch Mount Racks.
