Shipping Electric Bikes.
Most electric bikes will be shipped via a freight service and arrangements will be finalized after the bike is purchased. All other items will be shipped with standard shipping services.
What counts as standard shipping days?
This is one that can be confusing, especially around the holidays. Here are some guidelines.
Days in transit for UPS refers to business days only. Weekends do not count.
The day your package is packed and picked up does not count as a day in transit. For example, if you place an order on Monday and the order is then shipped on the same day, Monday is Day Zero. Tuesday is the first day the package is actually in transit and considered as Day One.
A package can be delivered on Saturday only if you ship via Overnight or 2nd Day Air and pay an additional UPS Saturday Delivery surcharge, about $20-$50 depending on the location. Otherwise, packages will be delivered the following Monday.

This map is not concrete. Meaning, it may take longer to process than what is intended (see our FAQ below) or due to shipping delays (such as holidays). If you need your gear to arrive by a specific time, please call us at 800-622-4655, and we can discuss shipping options.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $99 and up, excludes Alaska, Hawaii, international, and some oversized packages, and Sale Bikes.
Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process, and are based on the weight and size of the order, as well as distance from our nearest warehouse. If you find the shipping charges to be egregious, you do have the opportunity to cancel the order before finalizing payment. If this is the case, we suggest you give us a call at 800-622-4655 and we can see what we can do.
We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or USPS. If your package is time sensitive, we suggest choosing an expedited shipping service that affords extra time. Packages of high value are shipped signature required unless otherwise requested.
Frequently Asked Questions
I just placed an order online. When can I expect it to ship?
We make a priority of processing orders as soon as humanly possible. Frequently this will mean the same day, although if we're totally socked it may take two. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following morning, although exceptions can sometimes be made. Orders with expedited shipping will be prioritized.
How soon can I expect my order using free shipping?
Most orders arrive in just two to three business days, although depending on how far you live from Michigan it may take up to a week.
What if I need/want my order sooner?
Far be it from us to force you to accept our generous offer of free shipping. Here are your options:
UPS Ground - Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-6 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from our facility.
UPS 3 Day Select - Once your order ships, it will take three business days for your package to arrive. Excludes weekends.
UPS 2nd Day Air - Once your order ships, it will take two business days for your package to arrive. Saturday delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
UPS Next Day Air - Once your order ships, it will take one business day for your package to arrive. Saturday delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
USPS Priority - Similar to UPS Ground in delivery time. Necessary for PO Boxes, Military APO addresses, and international shipments.
USPS Express - Generally takes 1-2 days to ship domestically, as is generally twice as fast for APO and international addresses. It is not as reliable as UPS's expedited shipments.
Do I receive tracking information?
Tracking information should be sent via email from UPS or USPS once your shipping label is generated. If you don't receive this, give us a call and we can provide it manually.
Can I remove Signature Delivery?
As a part of our PayPal Seller Protection, some individuals may be subjected for Signature Delivery. We cannot remove the signature from the package after the shipment or if the customer has been selected for this service.
If you have been opted for Signature Delivery but will not be there when the package arrives, you can sign electronically by creating a MyUPS account.
My order didn't arrive/is incorrect or missing something/is damaged.
